Fundraising Affiliate (Nonprofit Organization) and Affiliate (Individual) Agreement
General Terms and Conditions
The Fundraising Affiliate/Affiliate agrees:
a. To maintain the highest standards of integrity, honesty and responsibility in dealings with Family Enrichment Tools (FET)consumers and other organizations. To present FET’s products in a truthful and sincere manner and hold FET harmless from damages resulting from misrepresentations.
b. T o assume sole liability for all self-employment (Social Security), income taxes or other reports required by my activities as an independent contractor (Affiliate) and to abide by all federal, state and local laws governing my activities and revenue raised.
c. To maintain proper accounting and record keeping of all commissions received on behalf of parents who are fundraising personal assessment accounts.
d. My organization (I) is (am) not a joint venturer with, or franchise, partner, agent or employee of FET. I have no power or authority to incur any debt, obligation or liability on behalf of FET.
e. To comply with any changes to the General Terms and Conditions of this agreement that may be made by FET.
Family Enrichment Tools (FET) agrees:
f. To process and ship all orders generated through Fundraising Affiliate or Affiliate’s assigned link in a timely manner and upon completion of transactions.
g. To pay commissions on all completed transactions (no less than $10.00 per Family Enrichment Toolkit, $12.00 per Family Enrichment Toolkit Deluxe, $3.00 per Table Thyme, $1.00 per Journal, $1.00 per Wrought Iron Plate Stand) on a monthly basis.
h. FET my change suggested retail prices, discounts, contest rules and active status requirements at any time.
i. FET reserves no right of control or direction of Affiliate or Fundraising Affiliate other than the right to questions results.
j. To send all Affiliates (who are not non-profit) a 1099 at year end who have earned over $600.00.
